You Will Only Ever Need To Pay Once
Have you ever paid an IT Support Company to install a computer or a network, then paid them to repair it and then paid them to repair it again? Services you'll never pay for the one project two times, or even three times. If we have to return to repair the problem you don't pay - we'll fix it free no matter what it takes.

All Hardware Or Software Purchases Are Guaranteed
If we specify, procure and install hardware or software for you, and it doesn't do the job we said it would, or if it ever goes down as a result of our error, oversight or fault, we'll fix it free of charge no matter what it takes. That includes parts, labor, and anything else necessary including the pizzas!

Freedom To Walk Away From Yearly Agreement
We pride ourselves at the level of service we provide to our clients. If you ever feel we are not doing our job, give us a 30 days notice to correct the issue. If the issue is not rectified within next 30 days you have freedom to opt out of the yearly agreement (irrelevant of you remaining duration of contract).
